That he gave me his cell phone to enhance our communication added to my evaluation and satisfaction of installation. He is a keeper.

☆☆☆☆☆Really like my lofted barn! I purchased my lofted barn on 8-25-21. I was anxiously waiting for information on when the delivery would be. It was delivered on 9-22-21. The driver did a great job. He had 8 deliveries that day! I thought the delivery should have been sooner, but I realize that it was necessary to do all the deliveries in an area together which causes a delay. Thank you !!!

☆☆☆☆☆Unfortunately the site survey didn't quite tell the entire story. I removed one set of fence, after I was told that was what would be need, but then a second stretch of fence needed to be removed. Between the two fence sections was a 2x2 cemented into the ground. I had to figure out how to get it in and then back in place after completion. Had I of know this amount of work would have been needed I would have probably gone with a company that would build on site.
UPB Response: Tracy, sometimes the site survey is unable to resolve all obstacles that may result from the actual delivery. Unknown issues sometimes reveal themselves and you have to work around them. We're super happy that you rated our build quality as excellent! We take great pride in producing the absolute best portable building in the Shed Industry. In the future we also offer on-site build options as well from the Austin Flat to the 2 Story Laredo. THERE WAS A SOME DELAY DUE TO MATERIAL SHORTAGES, BUT THE BUILDERS DID A GREAT JOB ONCE EVERYTHING WAS RECEIVED. I WILL HAVE TO JACK IT UP AND MOVE A COUPLE OF THE BLOCKS ON THE FRONT SO THAT THEY WILL BE COMPLETELY UNDER THE BUILDING, BUT OTHERWISE I AM PLEASED WITH THE BUILDING AND THE ENTIRE PROCESS.
