☆☆☆☆☆The longer wait then expected, however the wait was worth it. The crew was on time, very polite, and well trained. Left no mess, and everything was put back where it belonged. The lady in the front office was friendly and complete with my order and finances. The Storage Shed was complete in less then one day, and no breakdowns or shortage for production parts. ☆☆☆☆☆Built on-site. The building process is not what I expected, it took 4 weeks instead of 1 week although some of it is due to weather. Several issues come up but resolved except for one. I ordered a loft above both bedrooms and bath which is what happen but I was charge for sq footage that includes the kitchen area, charging me more than 100 sq ft of loft that is not there. I reach out to Melissa but to reply.

Overall I’m happy with how our building turns out, UPB build a quality shed that we will convert into a tiny house.

At each step, our high expectations have been exceeded. We are so very pleased with product quality & value. From Josh, his wife & Ashley on dealer end-to every soul on build team, delivery/set-up, followup, corporate side, we’ve been treated with utmost courtesy, professionalism, flawless communication. Only complaint is I ordered in September, was told november for installation and installation happened february 3rd. UPB Response: Due to Covid-19, the entire building industry has suffered material shortages.
